Capabilities

Our CNC turning/milling departments offer close tolerance turning and machining with incremental capabilities of +/- .00005 in.

Turning
Our turning depart offers full range capability.  For larger chucking and shaft work we have our Mazak turning center.  For production and multiple-operation turning we have Hardinge and Tsugami Swiss-type turning centers.  These versatile machines, with their sub-spindle and live tooling, allow us to produce complex parts in a single operation, at production speeds.
In addition, for smaller, high-precision chucking work, we have several Hardinge CHNC chucking machines, Hardinge Gang-Tool CNC as well as CMS chucking machines.
 
Machining
Our full complement of Haas and Mazak machining centers, along with their special tooling and indexers, allow us to handle piece-work or long-run production jobs.
